Food Worker Permits

Summer employment opportunities are often in the food service industry, but everyone who handles unwrapped food or beverages needs to get a Food Handler Permit from the Spokane Regional Health District.  You can take a class online, print your certificate of completion, and then take the test at the Health District Office.  Consumers may be interested in the Health District’s Food Safety Program, as well. - Spokane Government Librarian
