Critical Areas Ordinance

Spokane County’s Critical Areas Ordinance is for the protection of wetlands, fish and wildlife habitats, geologically hazardous areas and critical aquifer recharge areas. There is a Draft 2007 Update to this crucial environmental ordinance, that is available online and in paper at the Downtown Library.
