Kelly Milner Halls at the East Side Library

Kelly Milner Halls will be making an appearnance and leading activities at the East Side Library on Tuesday May 25 at 4:00pm.  Her visit will be geared toward our preschool and early elementary aged customers.  Kelly is the author of many books including Dinosaur Parade.
