Mayor Mary Vernor is proposing water use restrictions for households in Spokane.

As I’ve been keeping tabs on the water situation in Atlanta, GA, I’m in favor of addressing the issue of water consumption before it reaches the crisis level that the Atlanta region is dealing with. If we want to encourage economic growth in the region, we need to be able to show prospective businesses that we’ve got a plan in place. I can’t think of a faster way to bring economic growth to a halt than to run out of water…
