The public library is the best friend of business. In the coming months and years, I’ll be using this space to highlight library resources and services that can be of great use to the business community. The first, and most powerful, service to mention is the Downtown Library’s reference staff. We have 12 reference staff members whose sole professional purpose is to help you find the information you need. We are not gurus, we don’t know everything, we haven’t read every single book in the world but we are remarkably good at finding quality information.
